Instructions

1Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

2Shake vigorously until well chilled.

3Strain into a Low Rocks glass rimmed with Togarashi salt.

4Garnish with a cucumber ribbon or a lime twist.

- 0.75 oz Nori Liqueur Gabriel Boudier
- 0.75 oz Mezcal
