When rhubarb and raspberries dance with gin!
Instructions

1Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill it.

2Mix 3 cl of rhubarb liqueur, 4 cl of gin, and 2 cl of lemon juice in a shaker with ice cubes.

3Shake the shaker for 5 seconds.

4Strain the mixture into the glass.

5Add 5 cl of sparkling water.

6Add more ice cubes if needed and garnish with rhubarb sticks.
