Product development
We macerate whole ripe apricots that have been carefully selected for their aromatic quality. This alcoholic apricot infusion is then drained, mixed with wine eau-de-vie, and given a judicious dose of sugar. The resulting liqueur perfectly captures the taste of our fine apricots, picked at the height of summer.
