Jérémie, bartender at Les Courzives in Mulhouse (@les_coursives_bar_cocktails__), presents Initial D, a bold and highly creative cocktail.
The base of Fruit Loops–infused Baijiu brings an unexpected, cereal-driven and slightly nostalgic character, balanced by a modern floral and acidic structure.
The Rhubarb Liqueur by Gabriel Boudier plays a key role in the recipe, adding structure, tension, and freshness, acting as the bridge between sweetness, acidity, and floral notes.
Instructions
-
1Fill a highball glass with ice.
