Sierra Sotol brings earthy and vegetal notes, complemented by the bright aromatics of a cilantro-infused spirit. Nori liqueur adds a subtle umami touch, while pine & grapefruit bitters provide a delicate bitterness and a hint of freshness. Finally, a float of white mezcal ties everything together with a smooth, smoky finish.

Instructions

1Chill a old fashioned glass.

2Pour the Sierra Sotol, cilantro-infused spirit, nori liqueur, and bitters into a shaker filled with ice.

3Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

4Strain into the chilled glass.

5Gently float the white mezcal on top.

6Garnish with a fresh cilantro leaf or a thin strip of nori.
