Instructions

1Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill it.

2Pour 3 cl of Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis de Dijon into the glass.

3Add 3 cl of Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin.

4Pour 6 cl of Prosecco into the glass.

5Top with 3 cl of sparkling water.

6Stir gently with a bar spoon to incorporate the ingredients without losing the bubbles.

7Add more ice cubes if needed.

8Garnish with a slice of lemon and a few mint leaves.
