Instructions

    Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill it.

    Pour 3 cl of Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis de Dijon into the glass.

    Add 3 cl of Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin.

    Pour 6 cl of Prosecco into the glass.

    Top with 3 cl of sparkling water.

    Stir gently with a bar spoon to incorporate the ingredients without losing the bubbles.

    Add more ice cubes if needed.

    Garnish with a slice of lemon and a few mint leaves.
