Nyons AOP Black Olive Gin is one of the house's original creations. This olive gin, with its aromatic and unique profile, combines the flavor of Nyons black olives and citrus notes with the slightly spicy taste of juniper berries. An authentic gin, worthy of the craftsmanship of the Gabriel Boudier family, liqueur makers in Dijon since 1874.

History
At the end of World War II, Gabriel Boudier House became one of the few specialists of French Gin by winning the contract to supply the American Army's Gin in Europe.
Our Burgundy Gin is composed of 6 meticulously selected aromatic plants: Nyons AOP black olives, juniper, coriander, sweet orange peel, angelica, and iris. The balance of the aromatic blend is subtly enhanced by the Nyons black olives, giving this Gin its authenticity.
Product development
The crafting of our Olive Gin involves separate distillations of 6 botanicals in the family copper still: Nyons black olives, juniper, coriander, sweet orange peel, angelica, and iris. These distillations result in 6 concentrates, known as "alcoholates." The alcoholates are blended and then diluted to 40% ABV.
