An exquisite delicacy, combining the sweetness of Gin Bourgeon de Cassis with Crème de Cassis de Dijon, Crème de Violette and the tangy zest of yellow lemon. 

Instructions

    Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill it.

    Mix 4 cl of Gabriel Boudier Gin Bourgeon de Cassis, 2 cl of Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis de Dijon, 2 cl of Gabriel Boudier Crème de Violette, the juice of half a lemon, and 1 egg white in a shaker without ice.

    Dry shake the mixture (without ice) vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

    Add ice cubes to the shaker.

    Shake the shaker again for 10 seconds to chill the mixture.

    Strain the mixture into the glass.

    Garnish with a lemon peel and lavender.
