The Colada Rita blends the pure intensity of Cazcanes Blanco Tequila with the rich fruitiness of Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis. Coconut creamr brings a tropical smoothness, while fresh lime and orange Angostura bitters balance the mix with brightness and zest.

Instructions

    Chill the shaker with a few ice cubes.

    Pour all ingredients into the shaker.

    Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.

    Strain into a chilled cocktail or rocks glass.

    Garnish with a lime zest or a thin slice of dried coconut.
