A bridge between Mexico and Burgundy.
The Colada Rita blends the pure intensity of Cazcanes Blanco Tequila with the rich fruitiness of Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis. Coconut creamr brings a tropical smoothness, while fresh lime and orange Angostura bitters balance the mix with brightness and zest.
Instructions

1Chill the shaker with a few ice cubes.

2Pour all ingredients into the shaker.

3Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.

4Strain into a chilled cocktail or rocks glass.

5Garnish with a lime zest or a thin slice of dried coconut.

- 1oz Coconut Cream
- 1oz Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis de Dijon
- 1oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 2 dashes of Orange Bitter
